Wow, I’m still a little bitter that I didn’t sell this house, but whatever…This was definitely the house of the summer for a Silver Lake bachelor who would like to lounge around the pool with the ladies. I’m a little surprised that this house sold for over the asking price and sold in only 11 days. The 2 bedroom house really didn’t seem like a 2 bedroom with it’s large formal dining room and old school kitchen not to mention the office and the creepy basement/wine cellar. Congrats to the new owners and their pool lounging.
