Celebrity couple Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz have listed their 5 bedroom 6.5 bathroom Beverly Hills Mediterranean villa. For the $4,000,000 asking price you get an award winning and published courtyard, a zen meditation garden with fountain and a 2-story guest house.
It’s crazy that Mr. Fall Out Boy lives in a 7100 square foot mansion in Beverly Hills with a gourmet eat-in kitchen and an entertainment media room on the way out to the pool and spa. My guess would be a hipster pad more like this.

It looks as the zip code of 90039 which is part of Silver Lake and all of Atwater Village had the highest year over year increase percentage wise in the total number of home sales. But it really looks as if the Mt. Washington, Glassell Park and Cypress Park (90065) and Highland Park (90041) neighborhoods are seeing a huge increase of new home sales and turnover as well.
Bradley Cooper of ‘The Hangover’ Buys New Office Space

Bradley Cooper, one of the stars famously known for his role in “The Hangover” has purchased a new live/work space in the Dogtown Station Lofts in Venice.
The 3-story loft, which will be primarily be used for Cooper’s Indiana & 22nd Production Company features 2 bedrooms a loft room and 2 bathrooms.
According to the Dogtown Station website, every new loft Buyer drives away with a 2010 new Toyota Prius.
