TGIF all of you out there in real estate gawker land. Today we venture to the Hollywood Hills for some super classy, old school, mid-century modern. Hop on the Junction, next stop… weekend!

Today we look at… The Greenwood House… bum bum BUUUUMMMMMM. I don’t know why that’s supposed to be suspenseful but just roll with it.

As previously said, I present to you: The Greenwood House. Circa 1954, this masterpiece’s architect is Lee B. Kline. This is a post and beam tree house in the hills of Silver Lake on a street to street lot. Pretty snazzy stuff. Let’s check it out.
