TGIF all of you out there in real estate gawker land. Today we venture to the Hollywood Hills for some super classy, old school, mid-century modern. Hop on the Junction, next stop… weekend!
Here we have a prime and private location on one of the best streets in West Hollywood, perfectly situated in much sought after cul-de-sac. A long private driveway leads up to this magnificent estate on over 1.1 acres with 2 separate addresses – yes, literally you live on two addresses. So gross.

As previously said, I present to you: The Greenwood House. Circa 1954, this masterpiece’s architect is Lee B. Kline. This is a post and beam tree house in the hills of Silver Lake on a street to street lot. Pretty snazzy stuff. Let’s check it out.

I haven’t done one of those punlicious blog post titles in a little while, so let me explain. This place is on Ambrose Ave and is in Los Feliz, Ambrose is the English derivation of the Greek Ambrosia, which as you well know, is what the Old World knew as the Fruit or Nectar of the Gods. So there ya go. I know I know, I’m insanely clever. Ahh… 2013 shallst be a good year.
