i did not like you today. The podcast was lame. I will tune in again though, I love the music talkover in the beginning. please mention Larry David in your next intro to reel me back in. Also, maybe talk about how short sales work and why listing agents don't call you back then you see it sold for less. Thanks bro's. I enjoy your work (mostly).

hey guys. still listening from london. good stuff. im wondering if you could talk a little bit about the overall trends in the market as you see it. i realize no one can predict what will happen to the market (especially in the middle of this unprecedented swing) and trying to pick a bottom is a crazy thing thing to do but im wondering if, from your experience, you have a general sense or feel for how things are going in silver lake, echo park and surrounding areas. have we hit bottom? is there a trend upward coming soon? another wave of foreclosures? any general thoughts you may have on real estate trends for the silver lake area in the next 6 months – year. thanks guys.
