Are you a fan of 5,000 square foot lot-size Mid-Century houses in Silver Lake? Do you not really have the $2-3 million to buy that bad boy? Alright… only because I like you, it’s big discount time. Over 5,000 square foot lot, Silver Lake, Mid-Century, architecturally significant – under a million bucks. I know, I know, you love us. Save it and just check this place out.
This Mid-Century, architecturally significant home was designed by the original owners, who were influenced by the top designers of the day. And by the day I mean 1968. Pretty sick.

So you may or may not have noticed, but yes it is a bit of a fixer upper. Does that make it any less of a special joint all things considered? Nope.
