A River Runs Through It

Hey Architecture Nerds! You might like this one. TakeSunset sure did! It’s the Norton House, designed by Buff and Hensman, in 1954. Don’t ask me why it’s called the Norton House.
I wonder if it’s named after Edward Norton? Probably.
Ok, this child’s bed is super cute. Love it. But its placement in this picture seems creepy for some reason. What is it? That bust of Pinocchio, on the floor next to it, sure doesn’t help the creep factor either.
Oh look, a steam runs through the property! Personally, I’d throw that bust of Pinocchio in the water–right now. And hope he doesn’t come back, like Chucky.
