The Treaty of Guadalupe-Hidalgo

Okay, daily reference: the place is on Hidalgo Avenue. The place is so dank that I feel like there will probably be a bidding war, a battle if you will, over it. What will finally end said battle? A treaty, in other words, the ideal buyer. And we all know what ended the Spanish-American War, right kids? Yes… the Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo. History lesson complete.
Anyways, snazzy new architecture in Silver Lake? Hop in the L.A. Junction machine as we take a tour of this joint…
Spectacular, newer Architectural with amazing views of the lake, city lights, and Sierra Madre mountains, all on an extremely private, large, flat pad.
You’ve got polished concrete floors, intersecting glass corners and very high ceilings, and open floor plan and a grand, granite kitchen.
The place has marvelous Indoor-Outdoor flow. The huge master occupies all of the second floor. Full sun, private pool, two spas and grass yard.
Perfect for intimate dinners for two or cocktails for a whole group. This joint is the ultimate in California Living. It’s close to studios and downtown L. A. I mean basically, the place is a can’t miss. Enjoy!
