Okay, daily reference: the place is on Hidalgo Avenue. The place is so dank that I feel like there will probably be a bidding war, a battle if you will, over it. What will finally end said battle? A treaty, in other words, the ideal buyer. And we all know what ended the Spanish-American War, right kids? Yes… the Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo. History lesson complete.
