“Throw On That Tuxedo Champ… It’s Go Time”

25 points to whoever can I.D. that quote. Where do these points go? The game you play for my respect. It’s arbitrary but fun nonetheless. Make one for your own personal life. It’s a great way to quantitatively measure how much you respect the opinions and knowledge-base of others.
For example, when someone around me says they haven’t seen Empire Strikes Back or that they think evolution is ‘just a theory’ I shout out “You Lose 50 Points.” Whereas, if someone says Bruce Willis is the greatest man ever or that they believe bacon is the be-all-end-all of foods, I say “100 Points for You.” Try it. You know you want to.
Anyhoo… this super swank property in the Hollywood Hills is one you won’t want to miss. Bathed in natural light, this Mid-Century Modern was completely remodeled sparing no expense in order to deliver all the in-style modern amenities a fancy Los Angeles person such as yourself would want.
A Basalt stone reflecting pool upon entry leads you into an open floor plan with extra tall ceilings and an approximately 50 foot wide doorway out to an enormous entertainment deck complete with hot tub. Walls of glass retract to reveal incredible views of the Hollywood Sign, city lights, beautiful canyon vistas, and the ocean. Smart home wiring, security cameras, whole house audio/video, and keyless entry make this the house of the future. See, I didn’t say super swanky for nothing.
The home has an awesome eco-friendly landscape design with sustainable fruit and vegetable gardens and recycled watering, full Lynx outdoor kitchen, over 100 specimen trees each individually lit, and a detached studio/office.
It’s incredibly private with surrounding walls of vertical gardens, gated entry, and views protected by adjacent lots make this seriously one of the nicest and most unique houses in L.A.
