Highland Park Flip

Everybody loves before and after pictures so here we go. Check out this new listing in Highland Park listed for $459,000. Yes the Seller only paid $277,000 for this property a few months ago but we think that this flip looks great.

We’d like to know your opinion. Does this remodel keep up with some of the other flippers in Highland Park such as Native Homes LA, Better Shelter and ModOp Design?

ModOp Design presents an impeccably restored 1927 Spanish Hacienda in a great Highland Park location. The facade includes original arches and is finished in smooth stucco.
Highland Park vs. Silver Lake?

Which is more important to you, size or location?
Take for example these two very nice homes currently on the market.
6174 Outlook Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90042

1319 North Occidental Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90026

Both homes were originally built in the 1920’s, and both have been beautifully remodeled throughout while maintaining their original charm. Both homes also feature wood flooring, fireplace, laundry hookups, central air and heat, detached garage, and outdoor patio space.
