Remember this one? The Chateau in Eagle Rock. Well, it’s back on the market with a lower listing price and interior pics. I reckon you’ll agree that this place comes with some bragging rights . . . (though, we do not condone bragging–it’s not nice)
Within this walled and gated historic estate lies almost 3 full acres of beautifully landscaped grounds. The plot is so massive, the current full-time landscaper lives in a separate house, on the property.

Holy moly! This unique residence hit the market in Bel Air about a week ago. It was commissioned, in 1998, by the former owners of Architectural Digest.
Apparently, Delia and Charles Deetz used to run a magazine–who knew?
This was their old, dinky, little house. (Some say it was haunted.)
This new place is far cooler, but the style is a bit reminiscent.

We normally don’t like to make fun of peoples’ homes but this one is too easy. Check out the humongous Spelling estate now on the market for $150,000,000.
