*sloop* *sloop* That’s the sound my oars make as we glide on up to this brand new contemporary home, on a canal, in Venice. As you exit the watercraft, don’t mind the bushes, just jump over them. They’re there for protection fr0m canal pirates.
The neighborhood is dense, so homes that optimize the entire lot space are prime. With three livable levels, this home is a great example of well-designed space and efficiency. And it’s the only one, on the canals of Venice, with LEED certification–that means it’s “green.”
Bradley Cooper of ‘The Hangover’ Buys New Office Space

Bradley Cooper, one of the stars famously known for his role in “The Hangover” has purchased a new live/work space in the Dogtown Station Lofts in Venice.
The 3-story loft, which will be primarily be used for Cooper’s Indiana & 22nd Production Company features 2 bedrooms a loft room and 2 bathrooms.
According to the Dogtown Station website, every new loft Buyer drives away with a 2010 new Toyota Prius.
